Terms and Conditions — 111win Pakistan Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 111win ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 111win website, mobile site, and any related services. By registering an account on 111win, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 111win. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If 111win identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 111win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC): 111win may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if there is any reason to verify your identity. Documents that may be requested include your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 111win reserves the right to contact inactive account holders and, in certain circumstances, apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month after a formal notification period. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing any required identity verification.

Deposits: 111win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Pakistani-issued Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. 111win does not charge any fees on deposits. Processing times are typically instant for mobile wallet methods and up to 2 hours for bank transfers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 111win does not charge any withdrawal fees. Standard processing time is within 2 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and within the same business day for bank transfers. VIP Diamond members receive priority processing with withdrawals typically completed within 60 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions: 111win reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. All active bonuses must have their wagering requirements met before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted. Funds deposited via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method in accordance with anti-money laundering procedures.

Currency: All transactions on 111win are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The balance displayed in your account is your exact PKR balance with no hidden adjustments.

Bet Placement: All bets placed on 111win are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that the selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming. 111win does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an event is postponed, cancelled, or voided in accordance with specific market settlement rules.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum stake on any single market is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, event, and market type and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of bet placement. 111win reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Odds and Markets: Odds on 111win are quoted in decimal format and reflect the total payout including the original stake. Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. 111win reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend any market at any time.

Event Cancellations and Postponements: If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed, bets will remain active for a 48-hour window; if the event is not completed within that window, bets will be voided. For in-play bets placed while an event is in progress, if the event is subsequently abandoned, settlement will be based on the result at the time of abandonment, in accordance with specific sport rules.

Errors and Manifest Mistakes: If a price or outcome is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — for example, obviously wrong odds that do not reflect market reality — 111win reserves the right to void bets placed at that erroneous price, whether before or after settlement. We will notify affected players and return their stakes promptly.

Game Fairness: All casino games and virtual sports products on 111win use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are published openly and reflect long-term theoretical payout rates. Individual session outcomes are inherently variable and cannot be predicted or influenced.

Live Games: Live dealer games on 111win are facilitated by third-party software providers. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome will be settled based on the result recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection. 111win is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's internet connection or device.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, all bets related to that game round will be voided and stakes returned. A game malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round. 111win will notify affected players and process refunds within 24 hours of the issue being confirmed.

111win offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each welcome or deposit bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet through before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Casino games contribute at varying rates as specified per promotion.

• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform for financial gain. Any such gains are considered invalid and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or market.
• Match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a real-world sporting event on which bets are placed at 111win.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use 111win accounts to process proceeds of crime.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, obtain duplicate bonuses, or evade any restriction applied to an account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any interaction with 111win.
• Any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed toward 111win staff.
• Attempting to access the accounts, data, or systems of other 111win users without authorisation.

111win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that is harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any event or market.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Terms violation, 111win reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. 111win will always endeavour to complete investigations promptly and fairly.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support at support@111win.biz. Any real-money balance at the time of closure, minus any applicable pending wagering requirements, will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

All content on 111win — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, written content, and data — is the property of 111win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
